68bd Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Use

68bd (hereinafter "Platform", "we", "us") is an online betting and lottery service provider operating for users in Bangladesh and other approved regions. These Terms & Conditions form a legally binding agreement between 68bd and its users.

By using our platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any of the terms, please refrain from using our platform.

• One Account Only: Each person may only register one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, all accounts and associated funds will be forfeited.
• Permitted Regions: Users must be located in a country or region where online betting is legal. Accounts accessed from restricted regions will be closed immediately.

The security of your account is your responsibility. 68bd will not be held liable for any unauthorized access to your account resulting from your own negligence.

• Use a strong password and update it regularly.
• Never share your login credentials with anyone.
• If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, report it to support@68bd.ws immediately.
• 68bd will never ask for your password via email or phone.
• Enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) is strongly recommended.

All financial transactions on 68bd are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). We support deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.

• Minimum Deposit: ৳100.
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500 BDT.
• Deposit Processing: Usually instant, within 15 minutes at most.
• Withdrawal Processing: Completed within 24 to 72 hours.
• The account holder and the payment method owner must be the same person. Third-party transactions are strictly prohibited.
• KYC verification must be completed before making a withdrawal.
• Withdrawals of ৳50,000 or more may require additional verification.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be modified or cancelled.

• Bets placed on incorrect odds resulting from a technical error will be considered void.
• If a match or event is abandoned or postponed, 68bd's designated rules will apply.

• In the event of any dispute over a bet outcome, 68bd's decision shall be final.

• Wagering Requirement: Most bonuses carry a minimum wagering requirement. You must place a specified amount in bets before any bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Duration: Every bonus has an expiry date. Any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled once it expires.
• One Bonus Per User: Each promotional bonus can be claimed once per person or household.
• Bonus Abuse: Using multiple accounts or false information to claim bonus offers will result in the cancellation of all bonuses and winnings.

• Each lottery draw is conducted using a verifiable random number generator (RNG).
• Draw results are final and cannot be changed.

• Prize funds not claimed within 30 days will be considered forfeited.
• Applicable taxes will be deducted from prizes of ৳10,000 or more.
• If multiple winners share the same ticket number, the prize will be split equally among them.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 68bd platform. Any involvement in prohibited activities will result in immediate account closure and possible forfeiture of all balances:

• Placing bets or managing accounts using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Exploiting any platform bug or technical glitch.
• Creating multiple accounts to exploit bonus offers (multi-accounting).
• Betting or gambling on behalf of a third party (including arbitrage betting).
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Harassing, threatening, or deceiving other users.
• Unauthorized access or hacking attempts targeting the platform's systems.

68bd makes every effort to maintain service quality, but we are not liable for the following:

• Bets lost due to internet disconnection or technical issues.
• Delays or failures caused by third-party payment gateways.
• Security vulnerabilities in your device or network.
• Service may be suspended due to unexpected government regulations or legal changes.
• Service disruptions due to force majeure events (natural disasters, war, pandemics).

68bd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close accounts in the following circumstances:

• If these Terms & Conditions are violated.
• Registering with false or inaccurate information.
• If KYC verification fails or required documents are not submitted.
• If suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected.
• At your own request (self-exclusion).

You may also request account closure at any time by emailing support@68bd.ws. Please withdraw any remaining balance before your account is closed.
